Protexis to Participate in 17th Annual Software Industry Conference
July 5, 2007, Vancouver, BC – Protexis, a leader in digital content distribution, today announced that the company will sponsor and exhibit at the upcoming Software Industry Conference (SIC), being held July 12-14, 2007 at the Hyatt Tech Center in Denver.
Protexis will host a welcome reception for SIC attendees on Wednesday, July 11, at the Hyatt Tech Center. Chris Hennebery, Protexis' director of product management, will give a presentation titled "The Second Coming of ESD"
on Thursday, July 12, from 2:15 p.m. to 3:15 p.m.
Protexis, a gold sponsor of the conference, will also host an exhibit booth from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Exhibit Night, Friday, July 13. Representatives from Protexis will be on hand to answer questions about its flagship product, RED (Retail Electronic Distribution), as well as issues surrounding software distribution for online retail.
SIC is a three-day event that culminates with the Shareware Industry Awards ceremony. Dozens of informative, educational breakout sessions will cover a wide variety of topics.
