Refunds can be claimed via fax or surface mail within 30 days of purchase.
Refund requests must include:
- The email address you used for the purchase
- Product name
- Order ID
- Date purchased
- Reason for requesting a refund (for example "Technical problems, could not get product to work"; "Duplicate purchase"; or "Not satisfied, software did not do what I expected")
- Signed Letter of Destruction, declaring that you have permanently removed the software from your computer
