Protexis WindowsMarketplace.com refund policy

 

Refunds can be claimed via fax or surface mail within 30 days of purchase.

Refund requests must include:
  • The email address you used for the purchase
  • Product name
  • Order ID
  • Date purchased
  • Reason for requesting a refund (for example "Technical problems, could not get product to work"; "Duplicate purchase"; or "Not satisfied, software did not do what I expected")
  • Signed Letter of Destruction, declaring that you have permanently removed the software from your computer
