Welcome to Protexis Merchant Services
As of November 6, 2008, CNET Upload Merchant Services from Protexis will be provided directly by Protexis, rather than through the CNET Upload interface. You will still receive the support and service you have come to expect from Protexis; however you will now need to log in directly to your Protexis Merchant Services account in order to access your product information and sales reports.
You can continue to add new products by contacting Protexis Sales directly at sales@protexis.com.

How will I view my reports?
Prior to November 6, you will receive a new username/password from Protexis.
Use your new login information to sign into your Merchant Services account which contains all of your existing product information and sales reports.
If you do not receive new login information by November 30, 2008, please contact support@protexis.com.
Will I still get paid?
Yes, you'll continue to receive payment for sales from Protexis.
Are my fees changing?
Yes, Protexis Merchant Services charges a flat fee of 10% of revenue irrespective of what CNET directory listing service you are currently signed up for i.e. free, basic or premium.
Can I add new products?
Yes, please contact sales@protexis.com to add new products.
Will I need to sign another agreement?
Yes, after login, you will be prompted to click through a new EULA.
Can I still put my products up on CNET?
Yes, you can continue to sell your products through CNET, other trial listing sites, your own website, etc.
Are Registration Services still available from Protexis?
No, Registration Services will not be available after November 6, 2008.
Do you offer other services?
You can now expand your sales through the Protexis RED (Retail Electronic Distribution) system.
RED gets your software products in front of hundreds of thousands of consumers shopping at online retailers, such as TigerDirect, CompUSA, Global Computer and WindowsMarketplace.

Can I put my Merchant Services enabled products in RED?
No, you must reconfigure your product for RED distribution.
Can I login in to RED and Merchant services with the same login/password?
No, you will need to contact sales directly, and our staff will set up your RED account.
