Have a charge on your credit card that you don't recognize?

Protexis processes online purchase transactions for software publishers. If you have recently purchased software online, the charge may appear as Protexis on your monthly credit card statement. Before requesting a credit or refund, you might want to check with anyone else who has access to your card to see if they have made any recent online purchases.

If you have not purchased any software and would like to dispute the charge made to your credit card, please contact the financial institution that issued your card to initiate the charge-back process.

I paid online and I am wondering about the status of my payment?

You can look up your payment status online, as long as you have your order code and the email address you used for the purchase. If you don't have your order code or the email address you used for the purchase, or if your email address has changed since you made the purchase, please contact us.

I need a receipt for my purchase. How can I get one?

We can provide you with a receipt if you need one. Please fill out our contact form with your name, the serial number of the product you purchased and the email address you used for the purchase.
