What are the Protexis support hours?

Our Support Team is available from 9am to 5pm Pacific Time Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian holidays. We currently respond to requests within two business days. Assistance provided by our Support Team is in English only.

How do I get technical support for the product I purchased?

Protexis processes online purchase transactions on behalf of software publishers and cannot provide any technical help for their software. The software company that makes the product provides the technical support you need. You can look in a few places to find the contact information for technical support:
  • Review your email receipt or order confirmation.
  • Check within the help file and or the readme.txt file associated with the download.
  • Visit the place where you downloaded or ordered the product to find the technical support contact: this is usually provided somewhere on the web site.
